Why Lust Has Stolen Most of Teens' lives

Image
Helloooooo :) I decided to blog here (again) because I felt like I wasn't the most consistent human being on Earth :<  Anyways, I went to the beach on my vacation where I met some friends I knew a year ago. Even though they physically grew due to puberty, I didn't notice a lot of psychological change. For a while, I felt like I was growing 'in the opposite direction' of most teens, but I noticed that this direction might be a better one. Unlike my friends, I had a radical change in my personality while my height didn't grow by a centimeter :) Surely, I had a great time sitting with them chatting all night in the garden nearby the chalet. However, I noticed how most of our conversations contained the following elements: romance, drama, sex and marriage. Honestly, I'm not the type of person who would be occupied with such things, yet I bothered to listened. Many of the stories I was told truly changed my view about love, but I noticed th...

The 48 Laws of Power

Image
Helloooo!!! Actually, I finished this book, and I am currently reading my next book that is ALSO about psychology  Uhummmm...as usual :) I'll give you an overview of the book WITHOUT spoiling it for anyone. Generally speaking, the book will benefit those who are working in a political field or in a company. If you define enthusiasm and joy as this euphoric thing that transports you into new dimensions, this book is definitely NOT for you. The book makes you sink into the dark world of the human soul. Honestly, I wouldn't  recommend it for those who find history boring; the money spent on the book will most probably get blown into the air. To demonstrate its point, it usually uses examples from the past. The book somehow merges the following emotions: fear, sorrow, pain and relief. Even though you start to fear those who know the rules and use them maliciously, you get a sense of relief that you were luck enough to know about th...

A Dream VS A Career

Image
Helloooooo person reading this :) I hope that everything is just fine ;) Well, yesterday was a REALLY tough one...like REALLY, REALLY, REALLY tough. Not only was I shocked by some news concerning the organisation of the curriculum, but also I had a DRAMATIC family quarrel over what I want to be in the future. Yes, you heard it right! Apparently, democracy and voting works on my personal life too... Anyway, I noticed something yesterday that has truly captivated my attention, and that was my parents are giving me (almost imposing on me) the ideas they desire, not what I  desire. Of course, I had this teenage, rebellious urge to do AGAINST what they desire me to be, but that will mean having a purpose for the sole goal of opposing my parents' wishes. The book 'الخروج عن النص' explains why  one should never get into this slippery road.  Teenagers think that they are being independent via rebelling. Ironically, that makes the person dependent on the o...

A New Blog Just Because

Image
Hellooooooo :) I've had A LOT of thing going on in my life lately... I feel like it has been a while since a wrote a blog even though it has been only 9 days. I guess time passes by...slowly? Quickly? Not sure... However, today's new friendship has sparked an unexpected motivation in me to write a blog today. There are A MYRIAD of ideas in mind, so I can write about how my week has went in a nutshell. My father, who noticed how much I've gained weight from staying at home to study, has decided to FORCE ME into joining a sporting club. After a great deal of convincing, I decided to finally go to try out belly dancing and zumba classes, and I won't come back if I didn't like it. Fortunately, I like them all :D Indeed, I adored these classes so much that I danced for 2-3 hours a day during the night for the whole week! On one of these nights, my brother suddenly called my mother telling her to that he URGENTLY needs me to come back home AS SOON ...

A Book I Finished Literally 5 Minutes Ago

Image
Hello person reading this! I don't think that the title needs any further explanation :) Do you know this bizarre sensation you get after you finish a profound book? You just sink into yourself and life in general. You might even attempt to discover a solution for the endless questions being bombarded by the author. That's how I felt when I finished the Arabic book 'الخروج عن النص' which translates to 'Getting off the script'.  To wrap things up, WITHOUT spoiling the book, it's discussing the human psychology and relationships. He describes to the reader how psychologically healthy relationships are normally like. The relationships he focused on THE MOST were about marriage, parenting and the self, but he discussed all types of possible human relationships. You might be wondering why I choose to write a blog about this book? Well, even though it was one of the shortest books I've read when if comes to Mohamed Taha (the author), I ...

Dear Mr. Grumpy

Hello anyone having a not-great day, I thought that this message might help you get through whatever you're going through. Before I tell you my 'advice' , I believe that it'll be better to explain what type of case needs it most.  During the last months of 2021, I was having an exceptionally coarse time. Psychological problems, health problems, problems in school...you name it! Indeed, I had so many things to worry about that I didn't know what to do, so I helplessly cried for the whole, countless nights in the usual, cold balcony.  If you can relate to such, please keep reading as this could help :) Once you catch yourself remembering that misery of yours, stop. I know it's easier said than done, but you can always use any type of distractions.  Do a hobby of yours. If there's nothing on the top of your head now, here are some ideas: 1)Colouring 2)Journalling (...duh?) 3)Try planting a new pea seed (they're literal...

Physical Excercise and I

Image
Hellooooooo, Long time no see! Did you miss me ;) Well, I am having an Oxford exam for writing, and one of the types of writings I ought to ameliorate myself at is blogging . Fancy , right? Anyway, I was checking out my English assignments for any ideas to talk about, and I found that my homework for today is about PE .  Here's the deal: I've decided to challenge myself to transform the mundane English assignment to an exhilarating blog to share :) Readyyyyyyhhhhh? Indisputably, physical excercise is one of the most crucial aspect of attending school daily as it flourishes your health. Not only does it aid you shun cardiovascular diseases, but also it allows you to appear highly attractive and brag about your muscles. If you would ask me about my experience with physical excercise, allow me assure you that I am NOT, by any means, sportive. Indeed, if you ask me to kick a ball, I might jump on it instead.  One time, when my unusually enthusiastic teacher...
